What's the shipping time?

Depending on your country, shipping usually takes an average of 2-4 weeks.  For customers in the United States, shipping times are about 2 weeks.  During periods of high demand, shipping times can vary.  This process allows us to offer Free Worldwide Shipping to all our customers on orders over $30 (before taxes).

 

What's the shipping cost?

We currently offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $30 (before taxes).  A low, flat rate of $5 will be added to orders under $30.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a vast number of countries for free.  Depending on the country you're located it, the ship times may take a bit longer.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number along with instructions on how to follow its journey.  Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

I forgot to add my Promo Code at checkout.

Please email us asap with your order number and the coupon code to hello@VelvetHighLife.com.  Please note that it must be a valid coupon code for your order. 

 

My order is a gift.  Can you remove the invoice from the package?

No worries.  Our packages are sent without the receipt or invoice.  You'll receive that within your order confirmation email instead.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email to hello@VelvetHighLife.com.  Once an item has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Items that are unused or unwashed can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product and in its original packaging (minus the shipping costs).  Simply email us and include your order number to hello@VelvetHighLife.com.  

Please note that reusable straw purchases are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.  More details are on our Refunds page.

 

Why was my card declined?

If you're located outside of the United States, your card might be declined if it's not set up for international payments.  Simply contact your bank or credit card provider to notify them of your purchase.
