We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery charges and/or discounts to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return or full refund:
- The product arrives back to us within 30 days of you receiving it.
- The product is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- The product returns to us in its original packaging.
- You have a receipt or order confirmation as your proof of purchase from Velvet High Life.
Please note that reusable straw purchases are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item back to us.
Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for refunds.
In the rare event that your product is damaged upon arrival, please email us immediately at hello@VelvetHighLife.com. You must provide your order number and photos of the product arriving damaged.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. Please confirm if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order will be your responsibility.
Should your order be seized by customs, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
We know you're excited to receive your new item and aim to process all orders as soon as possible. Please note the shipping times in our FAQ page.
Unfortunately, from time to time delays can occur. We understand this can be frustrating, but we cannot cancel or refund orders that are trackable and still in transit. However, on rare occasions, your local shipping carrier may deliver to an incorrect address or hold a package for a substantial amount of time. On the rare occasion you receive an incorrect size or color, we do not issue refunds. Instead, we will help you process an exchange. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at hello@VelvetHighLife.com for details on how to proceed.

As a thank you for shopping with us we regularly email welcome coupon codes. They are for use on your second order ONLY or any subsequent orders made after that. Please note we CANNOT cancel your first order so that you may use a welcome coupon code on an order made directly afterwards.
